nlawfully take what belongs to another with intent

cess so that gain accrues to the offender and loss

{L{I955.21 The fraud is a Class C offence if the c
ourt, taking account of the extent of the loss and
other circumstances of the fraud, holds it petty.

offence if the court, taking account of whether th
e offender abused public trust or employed a false
document or misleading bookkeeping, or whether th
e fraud otherwise was of a particularly dangerous
nature, involved a substantial value or resulted i
n a keenly felt loss.{{br{}{L{I{{br{}{L{I955.3 EXT
ORTION You commit this Class B o! ffence if you by
unlawful coercion induce someone to do or not do
something which involves gain for the offender and
loss for the coerced person or someone represente

ortion is a Class C offence if the court, taking a
ccount of the extent of the loss and other circums
tances of the fraud, holds it petty.{{br{}{L{I{{br
