{{br{}{L{I100.1 All Federal laws of permanent effe
ct and general public interest, or of legal or his
torical significance, shall be compiled in a codif
ication known as the Federal Statutes. This codifi
cation shall include the constitution in its entir
ety and all acts of the National Assembly. Except 
in unusual circumstances, this codification shall 
exclude non-governmental organisational charters, 
authorisations, resolutions, proposed constitution
al amendments, and contracts of limited duration.

ntation, the national website's section on federal
 law should include all 9 titles, a section for re
solutions, a section on authorisations, a section 
for the Constitution, and one for the national bud
get.{{br{}{L{I{{br{}{L{I100.3 All proposals in the
 National Assembly shall be called bills. If a bil
l originates in the chamber and is the first propo
sal of the year, it should be numbered CB 2000-001
 (CB for Chamber Bill, 2000 for the year, and 001 
for the number corresponding to its place on the C
hamber's agenda for the year). If proposed in the 
Senate, its numbering prefix shall be SB, but othe
rwise following a similar format, with the agenda 
number corresponding to its place on the Senate ag
enda. Once passed and enacted into law, the law sh
ould have a prefix of CFL and a similar numbering 
format, with a law number corresponding to its pla
ce within the order of laws passed that year. The 
designer of the national website has the option of
 placing ALL laws on the website in addition to th
e federal code. The designer must, however, includ
e non-statutory laws such as the national budget,
